Hey there! I’m Kalin. As you browse through the services that I offer, here are some additional things to keep in mind.

Books open monthly on the 29th of the previous month. For example, January books would open December 29th. All new clients must wait until the 1st of each month to book which allows returning clients to book first. Please check my social media pages on when new client booking is available.

You can cancel/reschedule your appointment using your initial confirmation email. I have a large clientele that I’m grateful for, so unfortunately I cannot guarantee a reschedule within that same month if you have to cancel/reschedule. However, I will try my best.

  • If you have not been serviced by me in 6 months or more, you must book a NEW CLIENT PACKAGE.

  • Only returning clients will be able to book appointments in advance for the following month (must be booked DURING appointment. Once you leave the salon you must book online). Please call/text (623) 349-2194 for all scheduling.

  • I do NOT color hair, nor am I a supporter of it.

  • There will be NO CHILDREN allowed in the salon or extra guests. No exceptions.

  • ALL NEW CLIENTS must agree to remove ALL dead ends during service. If you just want your hair straightened, unfortunately I am not the best fit for you.

  • I do not offer trims only. To ensure my clients receive all the nourishment their hair needs, I only work on hair I’ve shampooed, treated and dried.

  • Detangling your hair prior to your appointment is mandatory. This helps me service you better and ensure your appointment doesn’t run into the next client’s.

  • While I’ll still be offering clip-in installs, please thoroughly shampoo/air dry all clip-ins before your appointment. To skip this process please add on extension cleaning and drop off clip-ins 48hrs before your appointment.

    Remember ladies, I am here to grow your hair. It’s imperative that you stick to your hair care regimen to ensure the desired results. The health of your hair is most important to me rather than the style. The key is to be patient and consistent during this journey. Let’s continue grow from the inside out!
